What is LifeQuest?

LifeQuest is a personal growth RPG where your real-life actions shape the person you're becoming. Complete quests, level up heroes, and build your story one day at a time.

Is LifeQuest a habit tracker?

Not really. Habit trackers focus on checking boxes. LifeQuest focuses on identity, growth, and visible progression.

Who are the six heroes?

Each hero represents a different part of life: ⚔️ Aldric — Discipline 📚 Merion — Knowledge 🧭 Kael — Exploration 🔨 Torvin — Creation 🎵 Lorian — Relationships 🌿 Sylas — Vitality

How long does a journey last?

Your first journey lasts 70 days, giving you enough time to create meaningful change and see your heroes evolve.

How much time do I need each day?

Most quests take between 5 and 15 minutes. Small actions repeated consistently create the biggest transformations.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing. LifeQuest rewards consistency, not perfection. Every day is a chance to continue your journey.

Do I need to complete every quest?

No. The goal isn't to be perfect. The goal is to keep moving forward.
